His many works of uplifting words and positivity really spoke to me. I have always associated the words that Lance uses in his work with the running community which is very encouraging, motivating and inclusive. I am inspired by the runner, Knox Robinson because he has contributed greatly to the running culture not only with his formation of the Black Roses NYC Running Collective but with his continued coaching and supporting of runners of all abilities.
